If you don”t see at my garage gym pumping iron, I am most likely playing pickleball or at the beach playing volleyball , or with my dogs doing sprints at the dog beach. In the winter I love skiing and snowboarding. For me MOVEMENT IS LIFE. I LOVE TO MOVE. But to be able to move well and be able to stay active, you have to remain physically strong. You need to lift weights, keep your BRAIN sharp and practice your athleticism. That‘s what I can help you with.
